ওয়েব সাইট তথ্য প্রকাশের অন্যতম জনপ্রিয় মাধ্যম। আমরা বিভিন্ন ধরণের ওয়েব সাইটের সাথে পরিচিত। কেন একটি সাইটের একটি পেজ অনেক বেশি কনটেন্ট ধরণ করতে পারে আবার কয়েকটি লাইনও থাকতে পারে। সাধারণত জনপ্রিয় ব্লগ সমূহে দেখা যায় ৩০০-৫০০ শব্দের কোন একটা পোস্টেও কয়েক শত কমেন্ট পরে,এক্ষেত্রে একজন ব্যবহারকারী পেজের শেষ প্রান্তে পৌছানোর পর আবার প্রথমে স্ক্রল করে আসতে বেশ সময় লাগে এবং বিষয়টি আমার মত অনেকের কাছেই অপছন্দনীয় । তাই সবচেয়ে ভাল সমাধান হচ্ছে একটা স্ক্রল টু টপ বাটন যুক্ত করা।
আজকের টিউটোরিয়ালে আপনাদের দেখাব কিভাবে কোন ওয়েব পেজে একটা স্ক্রল টু টপ বাটন যুক্ত করা যায়।
প্রজেক্টের বর্ণনা
একটা হলুদ রঙের পেজ তৈরি করা হবে যার হাইট যথেষ্ঠ পরিমান বড়। পেজটি স্ক্রল করে নিচের দিকে গেলে একটা কাল বাটন দেখা যাবে,যেটিতে ক্লিক করলে পেজটি এনিমেটেড হয়ে স্ক্রল করে উপরে চলে আসবে।
এক নজরে দেখে নেয়া যাক আমাদের প্রজেক্টটি।
প্রথমে ওয়েব পেজের একেবারে শেষের দিকে নিচের কোড অংশটুকু যুক্ত করুন।

এখন, এখান থেকে বাটনের জন্য scroll.png ইমেজটি সংগ্রহ করুন। উদাহরণ স্বরূপ ধরে নেই আপনি index.html পেজে একটা স্ক্রল টু টপ বাটন যুক্ত করবেন। তাহলে index.html যেখানে আছে সেখানে images নামে একটা ফোল্ডার খুলে ইমেজটি রাখুন।
এখন বাটনের জন্য সি এস এস স্ট্যাইল যুক্ত করে পজিশনিং করতে হবে। এর জন্য নিচের কোডটুকু কপি করে index.html এর সি এস এস ফাইলে যুক্ত করে দিন।

প্রজেক্টটি ভালভাবে খেয়াল করলে দেখবেন পেজটি স্ক্রল করে নিচের দিকে গেলে একটা কাল বাটন দেখা যাচ্ছে । যেটা নিচের দিক থেকে 50px উপরে এবং পেজের ডান দিক থেকে 100px বামে প্রদর্শন করছে, যেটা করা হয়েছে position:fixed; bottom:50px; right:100px; এর মাধ্যমে। width:40px; height:40px; এর মাধ্যমে বাটনের চওড়া এবং উচ্চতা নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। text-indent:-9999px; ব্যবহার করে <a href=”#” class=”scrollup”>Scroll</a> এর Scroll লেখাটিকে বাদ দেয়া হয়েছে। opacity:0.3; ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে বাটনটিকে ট্রান্সপারেন্ট করার জন্য এবং সৌন্দর্য বৃদ্ধি করার জন্য।
এখন আমরা চাচ্ছি যে বাটন টি তখনই প্রদর্শিত হবে যখন একজন ব্যবহারকারী যথেষ্ট পরিমান স্ক্রল করে নিচে যাবে।এর জন্য যে কোয়েরীর সাহায্য নিতে হবে।

এই কোডটুকু <head></head> এর মধ্যে বা </body> এর আগে <script>ট্যাগের মাধ্যমে যুক্ত করতে হবে।
এই কোডের অর্থ হচ্ছে যদি ব্যবহারকারী পেজটিকে বর্তমান অবস্থান থেকে 100px এর বেশি স্ক্রল করে তহলে ফেড ইন হবে অর্থাৎ বাটনটি দেখাবে আর 100px এর কম হলে ফেড আউট হবে।
এখন আমাদের পরবর্তী কাজ হচ্ছে যদি কেউ বাটনটিতে ক্লিক করে তাহলে এনিমেটেড হয়ে পেজটি স্ক্রল হয়ে উপরে চলে যাবে।এজন্য নিচের কোডটুকু <script>ট্যাগের মাধ্যমে যুক্ত করতে হবে।

এই কোডের অর্থ হচ্ছে যদি কেউ বাটনটিতে ক্লিক করে তাহলে স্ক্রল করে scrollTop: 0 অর্থাৎ পেজের 0px পজিশনে চলে যাবে। 600 দ্বারা কতক্ষণ অর্থাৎ স্ক্রল হতে কত মিলিসেকেন্ড সময় নেবে তা নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। যদি দ্রত স্ক্রল করতে হয় তাহলে এই মান কমিয়ে দিতে হবে আর ধীরে স্কল করতে হলে এই মান বৃদ্ধি করে দেয়া যেতে পারে।

মোটামটি সকলেই জানেন যে জেকোয়েরি ব্যবহার করতে হলে jquery-1.7.1.min.js বা জে কোয়েরির নতুন কোন ভার্সন কল করতে হয়। এজন্য এখান থেকে jquery-1.7.1.min.js ডাউনলোড করে index.html যেখানে আছে সেখানে js নামে একটা ফোল্ডার করে তার মধ্যে রেখে <head></head> এর মধ্যে বা </body> এর আগে <script src=”js/jquery-1.7.1.min.js”></script> অনুরূপ কল করতে পারেন। অথবা অনলাইন থেকে <script src=”http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js”> এর মাধ্যমেও কল করতে পারেন।
